We need to create a safe space for everyone during each session\, its helpful for each of us to be able to see who else is ‘in the room’ with us. Everyone present plays an important role\, contributing to the safety & learning of the whole group; audio & video help this happen. \n \n \n \n \n \n Do I need to attend every session?\n Yes please\, for both content and process reasons. Each session builds on the ones before in terms of the material covered\, but also in terms of the journey we take together and discussions we have. If you miss a session both you and the group will miss out. \n \n \n \n \n \n What materials will I need for the training?\n You will probably want your bible and a journal to hand for each session. One session will involve a journaling practice\, another will involve breaking bread. It is up to you what you use for these\, a list of ideas will be sent to you before the course starts. Otherwise you just need yourself! \n \n \n \n \n \n Will there be the opportunity for trauma counseling\, therapy or prayer ministry?\n If you require prayer ministry\, therapy or counseling we would strongly encourage you to access this from an experienced therapist who is qualified to help those who carry trauma.
