Transformative Mentoring
Workshop
Are you setting up a mentoring program, or have one already, and would like some training for your mentors?
Claire has designed a one day workshop that will leave your mentors with the skills, knowledge and awareness they need to begin mentoring effectively. It is not unsual for a mentor to have a vastly different background or neurotype to their mentee; how to mentor across difference is a key session in the day. From the theology of personhood to the practice of empathy, looking beyond presenting behaviour to understanding trauma’s effect on an individual, the day is both broad and deep.
