Join us online for this chance to explore some practices that support the trauma healing journey whilst strengthening our walk with God.
This Spiritual Practices Course is a follow up event from the popular Beloved and Entrusted Christian Trauma Training in which we lay the foundations for and take the first steps towards building a trauma healing way of life.
In this Spiritual Practices Course we get to have a go at around ten simple, powerful practices that could form part of your trauma healing way, supporting your own journey of healing and your relationship with God. We will learn how each practice works and why it is helpful for healing trauma and strengthening our connection with God.
Whether you’re starting out or deepening your path in intentional formation or developing a trauma healing way, this event offers a safe space to explore and grow. Come as you are and connect with others on a similar path of spiritual formation and trauma healing.

Please note, these are not therapeutic sessions.
Group Sizes:
To ensure that the group process feels as comfortable and safe as possible at our training events, we need a minimum number of participants enrolled; four for an online event or course and six for an in-person one. In the unlikely event that 7 days before the training event is due to start we have not reached that minimum number, the event will not proceed. This being the case we will notify anyone already enrolled offering a transfer of their booking to another similar event or a refund less postage for training materials already sent.

Will I need to have my video on for the sessions?
Yes please. We need to create a safe space for everyone during each session, its helpful for each of us to be able to see who else is ‘in the room’ with us. Everyone present plays an important role, contributing to the safety & learning of the whole group; audio & video help this happen.
Do I need to attend every session?
Yes please, for both content and process reasons. Each session builds on the ones before in terms of the material covered, but also in terms of the journey we take together and discussions we have. If you miss a session both you and the group will miss out.
What materials will I need for the training?
You will probably want your bible and a journal to hand for each session. One session will involve a journaling practice, another will involve breaking bread. It is up to you what you use for these, a list of ideas will be sent to you before the course starts. Otherwise you just need yourself!
Will there be the opportunity for trauma counseling, therapy or prayer ministry?
If you require prayer ministry, therapy or counseling we would strongly encourage you to access this from an experienced therapist who is qualified to help those who carry trauma. We will not be providing these services during the Beloved and Entrusted Christian Trauma Training.
Do I need to have already attended the Beloved and Entrusted Training Day or Short Course?
You will get a lot more out of this Spiritual Practices course if you have done the Beloved and Entrusted training. We will often be referring to content we covered in the Beloved and Entrusted training; if you havent done it yet, you can still book yourself into one of the June courses.
If I cancel will I get a full refund?
If you cancel your booking within the time allowed, you will receive a refund less administrative and postage costs already incurred.
